Our price includes delivery within the UAE but excludes off-loading, any civil foundation works and external connections such as electrical, water, drainage, sewage, etc.All Governments and Municipal approvals and clearances, custom and border charges, airport and seaport passes are excluded.

Any A/C, Furniture or any other electrical equipment, fire/safety protection devices are excluded.

Payment terms: 100% advance payment with confirmation

Site must be accessible to normal road trailer. If the site is not accessible to normal road trailer, the cost will be charged to you in actual.
